We offer a broader and longer warranty on all our computer systems than most of our competitors do. We choose our suppliers and vendors very carefully, and they must meet our high standards for reliability and serviceability in order for us to offer their products to our customers.
When you are looking to upgrade your computer, we can confirm for you what your options are and make sure you choose compatible parts. We can install and test the hardware for you, as well. If you are experiencing problems with your system, bring it into our store, or call us to schedule an on-site visit for a PC tune-up. We will diagnose the problem for you and present you with as many affordable options as possible. We will scan and remove all viruses and malware infections, clean-up your hard drive of all unnecessary files that gather and slow down your system, as well as many other maintenance tasks.
Sometimes the problem cannot be solved within economical means. For system rebuilds, we always cap our labor rates at 2.5 hours - no matter how much time over that amount we need to put into the system. If it is not in our best judgement to recommend a rebuild for your current machine, due to age and value, we can look at moving you into a newer system at that point, taking into consideration your budget and peformance needs. We can also transfer the data from your old system into a new system. Our custom built computers come with a minimum of a three year manufacturer warranty. Call us for a customized quote.

Annual Service Contracts
